In Crimea, the crews of Ka-27PL anti-submarine helicopters and Ka-27PS search and rescue helicopters of naval aviation and air defence of the Black Sea Fleet performed training flights with a crosswind and low cloudiness.
Control of aircraft in adverse weather conditions is one of the elements of pilot training.
The flights were carried out in the daytime, the crews included both experienced instructor pilots and young pilots.
In total, 6 helicopters from the naval aviation and air defence of the Black Sea Fleet were involved in the combat training event.
