At the airport of Diaghilev in Ryazan there was held a solemn closing ceremony of the International contest "Avadart" of the Games 2020 and awarding the winners of the competition. This reported by Russian Ministry of Defence press-service.
The team of the Russian Federation won the cup of the competition "Aviadarts-2020", the second place was taken by the team of the Republic of Belarus.
Russian crews have won awards in the categories of fighter aircraft, army aviation on combat and transport-combat helicopters. In assault aviation, the first place was shared by crews from Russia and the Republic of Belarus, scoring the same number of points.
At the end of the ceremony, the crews of the "Russian Knights" aerobatic team showed their skills in the air, flying the latest multi-purpose Su-35S fighters, and demonstrating pair and single aerobatics, including using the supermaneuverable characteristics of the aircraft.
"The Russian team has been leading since the first flight day, when piloting techniques and air navigation were checked. And furthermore, our crews performed quite confidently. But in each category there was a struggle until the very end, as the highest number of points is played at the final stage-the combat application. It is in this element that the crew of the team of the Republic of Belarus managed to rise to the first place in the assault aviation. And in other categories to take prizes" - said the chief judge of the competition, Colonel Peter Serebryakov.
"We once again witnessed a colorful spectacle, an honest and uncompromising duel of characters, will and professionalism of the participants.
