Quality of Rossiya's Airlines services is recognized by the expert and journalistic community of St.Petersburg

Rossiya Airlines became the winner of the rating of brands of Saint Petersburg in the «Services» category compiled by specialists of «Delovoy Peterburg».

The award ceremony for the winners of industry categories within the framework of the «Brand Rating» was held on August 25 in Saint Petersburg. During the official reception, the airline's diploma in the category «Best in its industry - Services» was presented by Natalia Sheludko, the CEO of «Delovoy Peterburg».

The year 2019 at Rossiya Airlines was marked by improved service and customer focus. The airline regularly updates meals for Business and Economy class passengers. On board the aircraft, a project of access provision to the streaming entertainment system was implemented. Thus, passengers got access to the latest novelties of domestic and foreign movies, as well as to recordings of iconic theatrical performances using their portable devices. In addition, Rossiya presented two updated options of children's travel kits for young travellers of different ages.

Rossiya Airlines is the base carrier of the airport of the Northern capital and is included in the list of the largest taxpayers of the city. More than half of the airline's fleet is located here. According to the airport, the airline's share is almost a third of the total volume of passengers served. The geography of Rossiya’s flights from the airport of the Northern capital covers dozens of destinations.

This is not the first time that Rossiya receives recognition from the professional and expert community. In 2019, the airline was honoured with the Skyway Service Award in two significant categories in the field of service and customer orientation: «Best economy class, domestic scheduled flights», «Best airline in tourist destinations».

«Rating of brands of Saint Petersburg» is a project of «Delovoy Peterburg» business publication, which aims to identify places, buildings, historical objects, as well as companies or educational institutions, the image of which is definitely associated with the city as well as the city with them. The methodology for compiling the «top-100» Saint Petersburg brands is based on close interaction with readers of the main business publication of the city, as well as working with federal and regional associations of advertisers, marketers, sociologists and specialists in the field of public relations. With the help of the project's partner, Medialogia, a special study of brand mentions in media was conducted.
