Kazan international airport won Skytrax award for The Best Airport Staff Service in Russia &CIS

On May 11, during The World Airport Awards 2020 online award ceremony the most respected aviation consulting company Skytrax awarded the prize to Kazan international airport n.a. Gabdulla Tukay for the seventh time, adding again the air harbor to the list of the leaders in the global airport industry.

Kazan airport, being in a highly competitive group of airports, proved again its leadership in the nomination the Best Airport Staff in Russia & CIS, which is confirmed by the choice of passengers and the expert community.

The award was presented for exceptional achievements in the interaction of airport services with passengers and the efficiency of employees, for the friendly and attentive attitude of the staff, for the use of innovative technologies in passenger service.

  The new Superjet100 (RA-89140) has been handed over to Red Wings. This is the 200th aircraft of this type produced by the United Aircraft Corporation and the first SSJ leased to the airline from PSB Leasing. The term of the contract is 20 years. Another 3 aircraft of this type were received by the airline this year from STLC. For the aircraft, an inverse version of the airline's livery was chosen (not the standard white and red, but red and white). Now the airline's fleet has 2 aircraft painted in such manner, the second one is A320.
