Sheremetyevo Duty Free Heinemann, a duty free market operator at Sheremetyevo International Airport, joined the Heinemann & Me loyalty program on March 03, 2020. The loyalty program is available to customers aged 18 and up. You can download the Heinemann app from the App Store or Google Play and sign up via the short form. Once registered, you will be able to use your virtual loyalty card to earn loyalty points and receive benefits. Every new member is also awarded a Welcome coupon* for 10% off their first purchase in participating Heinemann stores. 

With Heinemann & Me, you earn Collect Me points on every purchase using your loyalty card. You earn 1 Collect Me point for every €1 (RUB 80) spent. Once you've collected a certain number of points, bonus Collect Me coupons* worth €10, €25, or €50 are awarded. These can be used in Heinemann stores. Every member receives a Birthday coupon* as a birthday present. Seasonal discounts and other rewards are also available.
