Azimuth Airlines informs passengers about schedule adjustments. The changes are confirmed for the following routes:

• on the route Rostov-on-don – Yerevan – Rostov-on-Don, flights operated on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays were canceled from March 20 till 27, and flights operated on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays were canceled from March 29 till May 1 2020;
• on the route Krasnodar – Yerevan – Krasnodar flights were canceled on March 21 and 23, and flights operated on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays were canceled from March 30 till April 30;
• on the route Sochi-Yerevan-Sochi flights were canceled on March 19, 26 and 29, and Friday flights were canceled from April 3 till May 1;
• on the route Kaluga – Yerevan – Kaluga flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays have been canceled from March 31 till April 28;
• on the route Ufa – Yerevan – Ufa flights scheduled for March 30 till May 28 have been canceled.

According to the decision of the government of Armenia to restrict air traffic with the Russian Federation, entry to the territory of the Republic is restricted with exception to categories of persons:

• Armenian citizens returning to their place of permanent residence;
• members of delegations returning from participating in events within the framework of the military program and the military-technical cooperation program, official visits, and accompanying persons
• members of diplomatic missions and their families;
• persons who do not have citizenship of the Republic of Armenia, but have a residence permit in the Republic of Armenia;
• persons of the 102nd Russian military base stationed in the Republic of Armenia and their family members;

Also, in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation, from 00:00 on March 18 till 00:00 on May 1, 2020, the entry of foreign citizens to the Russian Federation is temporarily restricted.

Currently, Azimuth Airlines provides refunds to passengers who purchased tickets for the above-mentioned destinations and dates.

You can apply for a refund in any of the following ways:

• in your personal account, if you purchased a ticket on the Azimuth Airline website;
• by calling the Azimuth Airlines Contact center at 8 (863) 302-02-20;
• at the place of ticket purchase.

Due to the high volume of requests, the waiting time for a connection with the Contact center increased. Azimuth Airlines makes efforts to reduce the waiting time for a response. We ask You to understand the situation and be patient.
