Aeroflot changes flight schedule from Moscow to Europe

Aeroflot has adjusted its flight schedule from Moscow to destinations in Europe. 

Aeroflot will continue to operate flights from Moscow to the following destinations: Amsterdam, Athens, Berlin, Brussels, Bucharest, Dublin, Geneva, Helsinki, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Paris, Rome, Sofia, Stockholm and Zagreb.

Aeroflot is working hard to return Russian citizens home. We ask all passengers of cancelled flights to regularly check their booking on the Aeroflot website, or contact the airline to make changes.

Aeroflot has temporarily suspended flights between Moscow and the following cities:

— Aktau (23 March to 23 April)

— Aktobe (23 March to 23 April)

— Almaty (23 March to 23 April)

— Atyrau (24 March to 23 April)

— Barcelona (21 March to 23 April)

— Beirut (18 March to 29 March)

— Belgrade (21 March to 23 April)

— Budapest (23 March to 30 April)

— Bukhara (16 March to 15 April)

— Cairo (22 March to 31 March)

— Chisinau (16 March to 31 March)

— Copenhagen (21 March to 23 April)

— Frankfurt (19 March to 23 April)

Aeroflot is reducing its flight frequency to Yerevan through 30 April (inclusively) according to the following flight schedule:

— SU1964/1965 (regular schedule)

— SU1860/1861 (regular schedule)

— SU1868/1869, SU1966/1967 (18 March)

— SU1858/1859, SU1862/1863 (18-22 March)

Aeroflot is reducing its flight frequency to Minsk through 30 April (inclusively) according to the following flight schedule:

— SU 1830/1831 (regular schedule)

— SU 1832/1833 (regular schedule)

— SU 1834/1835 (18 March)

— SU 1842/1843 (18-22 March)

— SU 1840/1841 (18-23 March)

Scheduled Rossiya Airlines flights operated under Aeroflot’s SU code from St Petersburg to EU destinations including Larnaca, Prague, Vienna and Geneva, will be stopped from 16 March. Passengers will be offered alternative options through Moscow.

Passengers holding tickets for cancelled Aeroflot flights that were booked prior to 31 May 2020, as well as passengers otherwise affected by restrictions imposed by their countries of departure, destination or transfer (e.g., bans on entry, exit or transit; threat of enforced quarantine; cancellation of visa-free entry; annulment of previously issued visas; etc.), may:

— apply for an involuntary refund and receive a refund of the full ticket price at the original point of sale until 31 December 2020 (inclusive), regardless of the validity period of the ticket;

— make a one-time change to the departure date to any date until 31 December 2020 (inclusive), while retaining the original point of departure, destination and service class, without incurring additional fees;

— make a one-time change the route to any Aeroflot flight and/or departure date until 31 December 2020 (inclusive). No additional fee will be levied for rebooking, though other terms and conditions apply (e.g. additional payment for a more expensive fare).
