The maintenance base of Rossiya Airlines at Pulkovo Airport is the winner of the MRO Russia & CIS 2020 international award in the nomination «For the best technical service»

Aircraft maintenance is an integral part of Rossiya Airlines work, implemented by the Department of Aviation and Technical Support Base of Rossiya at Pulkovo Airport. A high level of flight safety is impossible without high-quality and efficient aircraft maintenance.

The start of the implementation of 6Y check and 12Y check in 2019 on its own base was the next stage in the development of the aviation technical division of the company, which followed the introduction of «self-service» on periodic forms of maintenance C1, C2-Check. Since 2015, more than 40 Rossiya’s liners have been served as part of C-Check. This positive experience was an important achievement in the framework of the company strategic tasks related to ensuring a high level of flight safety and improving overall performance.

The MRO Russia & CIS exhibition is the only international event in Russia and CIS devoted to top issues in the development of the maintenance industry and maintaining the airworthiness of aircraft. The exhibition has been held for 15 years in a row and during this time has established itself as an innovative platform for professionals from the technical blocks of the largest airlines, independent MRO and ATI suppliers.
