Ural Airlines is starting to operate charter flights to Osh and Bishkek from 8 Russian cities.

Flights from Moscow (Domodedovo), Zhukovsky, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Nizhnevartovsk, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk and Samara. 

Before entering the country, passengers must provide a COVID-19 certificate when boarding an aircraft. It is necessary to pass the PCR test 72 hours before arrival in the country.
