In accordance with the combat training plan in Kamchatka, young pilots of MiG-31 fighter-interceptors of the air regiment of the troops and forces in the north-east of Russia began working out group flights with complex flight tasks.
Pilots practice simultaneous take-off in pairs, search for a mock enemy and perform an air attack on a target, as well as hone their piloting techniques and fly along a given route as part of a group.
The main goal of training flights is to increase combat readiness and the effectiveness of the actions of the crews of the fighter squadron when performing tasks for their purpose as part of groups.
