Aeroflot extends rebooking and refund period for tickets to/from China

Aeroflot has extended the rebooking and refund period for tickets to and from its Chinese destinations (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Harbin and Hong Kong), as well as for code-share flights operated by China Eastern and China Southern to and from Sanya, Dalian and Wuhan, and flights operated under interline agreements.

Passengers who booked tickets on or before 28 January 2020 for SU flights departing between 24 January and 29 February may: change their departure dates for any date before 31 March 2020; obtain a refund for tickets at sales offices where they were purchased.

Aeroflot has also lifted all restrictions on returns of group tickets.

Tickets purchased online can be returned at any of the airline’s sales offices or via the contact centre.

Aeroflot will waive all fees for rebookings and refunds meeting these criteria.

Passengers arriving at the airport for check-in will be taken care of in line with Russian aviation regulations and Aeroflot standards.
