Ural Airlines offers passengers to get a refund for flights to/from China and suspends flights to Hainan Island

Ural Airlines informs that due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation in China, passengers are allowed to get a refund for purchased airline tickets.

Refunds are made in full without fines and deductions. For a refund, you have to contact the place of purchase. It is possible to get a refund only for tickets purchased before January 24, 2020 for flights until February 07, 2020.

Since January 27, Ural Airlines has suspended its flight program to Hainan Island (Haikou) from Yekaterinburg and Tyumen for an indefinite period. Flights will be resumed after normalization of the epidemiological situation.
