S7 Airlines, a member of the oneworld global aviation alliance, opens direct regular flights from Irkutsk on the Black Sea coast to Simferopol and Sochi and also to the Far East, to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Blagoveshchensk in the summer schedule of 2020. Air tickets for new flights are already on sale, the press service of the airline said.
“In 2020, S7 Airlines continues to actively develop its route network with a departure from Irkutsk. We are pleased to offer travellers direct flights to the Black Sea coast - flights will begin to operate just as the summer season arrives. At the same time, there will be more opportunities for personal flights to the Far East. In addition, we plan to increase the frequency in the most popular destinations: flights to St. Petersburg will become daily, and flights to Vladivostok will be carried out four times a week, ”- says Igor Veretennikov, the Commercial Director of S7 Group.
Flights from Simferopol will be operated up to twice a week from April 25. Flights to Kamchatka and Sakhalin will be available from April 26. The first flight from Irkutsk to Sochi is scheduled for April 28. Flights will be carried out on modern comfortable Airbus A320neo airliners with more spacious luggage racks, more legroom and LED lighting that is pleasant for the eyes. The seats are equipped with USB sockets, as well as special miniature stands for mobile devices.
The inter-regional route Irkutsk - Blagoveshchensk will be included in the number of flights operated by modern Embraer 170 aircraft. The airliner is designed to carry 78 passengers in a comfortable and spacious economy class cabin. The first flight will be completed on April 27, noted S7.
