Utair pilots to train on Boeing simulators at Skolkovo

Utair entered into a service agreement with Boeing at the MAKS Air Show.

Utair will continue to train its pilots at Boeing’s aviation training and research centre at Skolkovo. In the next two years, Utair pilots will do more than 2000 hours of training on two full flight simulators for the Boeing 737 NG.

‘Utair places great emphasis on pilot training. Using simulators makes it possible to improve crew actions in specific situations, and will significantly improve flight safety,’ commented Utair Flight Director Andrey Sitnyansky.

‘We aim to provide our clients with the support and services they require, when and where they need them, as well as to eliminate problems and excess costs in their operating activities,’ said Stan Deal, President and Chief Executive Officer of Boeing Global Services.
