Russian Aerospace Forces aircraft begin relocation to operational airfields of Central Military District

The pilots of the operational and tactical aviation of the Aerospace Forces began relocating to the operational airfields of the Central Military District to fulfill their mission as part of the Tsentr 2019 maneuvers.

The crews of Su-30SM, Su-35s fighters, Su-34 bombers flew from permanent deployment points to airfields deployed in the Orenburg and Chelyabinsk regions.

During the relocation, the flight crews of the aerospace forces will overcome from 500 to 2,000 kilometers.

In total, the event involved more than 50 aircraft of tactical aviation of the Aerospace Forces.

The engineering staff of the aviation units of the Aerospace Forces and aerodrome equipment designed to service the aircraft and prepare for departure are delivered by military transport aircraft.
