ISS scheduled orbit correction was carried out

On September 14, 2019 a scheduled orbit correction was carried out according to the International Space Station flight program.

To perform the maneuver, Zvezda service module engines were switched on at 18:31 UTC and worked for 39.5 seconds. As a result the station got velocity increment by 0.6 m/s.

After the maneuver the station has the following orbit parameters:

Minimal height over the Earth’s surface – 412.1 km;

Maximum height over the Earth’s surface – 437.9 km;

Rotation period – 92.8 min;

Orbit inclination – 51.66 deg.

The correctional maneuver was performed to reach the ballistic conditions for undocking (07:35 UTC) and landing (11:00 UTC) of the Soyuz MS-12 on October 3, 2019.
