Rossiya Airlines takes the leading position in the Transport category of the Rating of Brands of Saint Petersburg compiled by experts of the «Delovoy Peterburg» publication
The ceremony of awarding the winners of industry nominations of the Brand rating was held on August 27. A winning diploma of the nomination «the Best in the industry – Transport» was presented to the Production Director of Rossiya Airlines Andrey Ordinov by the CEO of «Delovoy Peterburg» Natalia Sheludko during the official meeting.
Saint Petersburg Pulkovo Airport is the base for Rossiya airlines and the largest part of the company’s fleet is located here. Besides, Pulkovo is the key airport for Rossiya the airline annually develops the route network providing passengers with an opportunity of flexible choice of flights from north-west regions domestically and abroad. According to the airport’s data, the annual share of the airline in 2018 is almost 30% of the whole volume of passengers served. Geography of flights of Rossiya from the airport covers 54 destinations, 30 of them are international ones.
This is not the first time when Rossiya earns the recognition of a professionals and expert community. In 2019, the company’s brand was included into the top-50 most valuable brands of the country according to Brand Finance - international brand valuation consultancy.
The Rating of Brands of Saint Petersburg is the project of «Delovoy Peterburg» business publication. Its main goal is to determine places, buildings, historical objects, as well as companies and educational institutions, the image of which is associated with the city and the city is mutually associated with them. The methodology of the «Top-100» rate of Saint Petersburg brands is based on the close cooperation with readers of the main business publication of the city, as well as work with federal and regional associations of commerce, marketing, sociologists and PR. With the help of the project partner – Medialogia Company – a special study of brand mentions in the media was conducted.
