The crews of Su-30SM fighter jets 4++ generation completed combat launches of air-to-air missiles at training ground in Crimea.

During the training flights, the pilots successfully complied with the standards of taking off, to intercept and destroy air targets of a mock enemy, and practiced a complex of measures to search for, detect and destroy air light targets with air-to-air missiles.

During combat training activities, part of the crews on combat aircraft was involved in the production of small-sized light targets used to simulate aerial targets of a mock enemy.

In total, ten Su-30SM of air defence and air force formation of the Southern MD completed combat training tasks.
