Specialists from RSC Energia and core enterprises of Roscosmos working at the Baikonur launch site have conducted designers’ inspection of the cargo transportation spacecraft Progress MS-12 and performed processing operations to encapsulate it into the payload fairing of the medium launch vehicle Soyuz-2.1a.

The spacecraft preparations for the launch under the International Space Station (ISS) program are being performed at the spacecraft processing facility at the Baikonur launch site.

The launch of the cargo spacecraft Progress MS-12 under the International Space Station program is scheduled for July 31, 2019. The spacecraft is to deliver to the ISS propellant, food, water, scientific equipment, and other cargoes required for operating the station in manned mode.
