A new additional service «Congratulations on board», which includes a personal oral congratulation from the crew and a memorable gift from the airline, is now available for Rossiya’s passengers departing from Vnukovo International Airport.

«Congratulations on board» is a service that provides an opportunity to create a festive atmosphere for the nearest and dearest on board. After the take-off of the liner, flight attendants of Rossiya will congratulate the person on their birthday, anniversary, wedding day on board the aircraft. In addition to the personal greeting, crew members will also present a gift – a branded model of Boeing 747-400 (scale 1:250) in the livery of Rossiya Airlines.

The service can be ordered by any person to congratulate a significant event of a passenger travelling on flights, which are performed to popular tourist destinations (flight numbering FV5501-5949) from Moscow Vnukovo International Airport. At the moment, the ordering of the service is available at the agent’s ticket office at the airport 30 days before, but no later than 7 hours prior the departure time of the flight. Then addresser of the congratulation should have an issued flight ticket by the moment of ordering the service. The quantity of service orders on the flight is limited.

For example, Space+ seats have extended seat pitch larger legroom, which are especially important during long flights. 

On the upper deck of Boeing 747-400 liners seats of the Space+ Upper Deck category are located. Not more than 29 passengers can take seats there, that means that the service will be as fast as possible, and the flight more comfortable. There is an increased seat pitch and additional hand luggage compartments. 

Seats of the A-Zone of Boeing 747-400 are especially interesting for passengers, who prefer to sit closer to the nose of the aircraft. Seats of the A-zone are located in the first Economy class cabin and are dedicated for 45 passengers. 

Seats of the Front Rows category of Boeing 737-800 are located nearby exits, what means that passengers can proceed to the exit the first (excluding specific cases, when the disembarking is operated through the back door). It is also important, that passenger service start exactly in that zone.

Passengers travelling in Business class of flights operated with SU codes, can book Super Space+ seats of Boeing 777-300 and 747-400 for the additional fee.

Additionally to the standard onboard menu, passengers of Rossiya departing from Vnukovo can order dishes from the exclusive «Shokoladnitsa Menu». The menu is available on flights with the FV5501-5945 numbers. The average bill of such order: from 195 RUB for a dessert, 250 RUB – for breakfast and about 350 RUB – for a sandwich. Standard catering is not canceled in case of the made special order.
