The Tatarstan Commercial Court has extended asset inventory of VIM Airlines for six months, according to court records. This reported by RAPSI.
The court has therefore granted a motion lodged by an insolvency practitioner of the air carrier.
In June, The Czech company Business Alliance s.r.o. filed an appeal against the Tatarstan Commercial Court’s refusal to oblige an administrative receiver of VIM Airlines to complete inventory of the debtor’s assets.
Previously, the Commercial Court of Tatarstan extended bankruptcy proceedings against VIM Airlines for six months in late January and scheduled the hearing of a bankruptcy receiver’s report on the results of the bankruptcy procedure for July 19.
