According to the voting of participants of the NETWORK Eurasian Route Development Forum, Rossiya is recognized as the best airline, and also is honored with the Eurasian award in the «Best progress in service» nomination.

According to the industry results of 2018, the expert committee of the award established that Rossiya demonstrated the most rapid dynamics in improving the service among other carriers. Along with the expansion of the geography of flights, the airline has significantly improved the quality of service provided to passengers on board over the past year.
