On April 24-25, within the framework of IV International Forum SKYSERVICE 2019 dedicated to development of onboard services, teams of Russian and foreign airlines passed certified training on ISPY sales technology. This reported by Rossiya Airlines press-service.

Flight attendants of Rossiya Airlines – Liana Ramazanova, Evgenia Saveleva, Alena Ryabchikova and Pavel Khmilevsky won gold medals in People of the Year nomination, which is awarded based on the overall standings. Besides, the team was honored with bronze medals of the Experts of Brands nomination, and Marina Kolesnikova, a flight attendant, is recognized as the Best in Sales.

The history of the ISPY begins in 1999, when twenty-eight crewmembers representing fourteen airlines came to London for two days to compete for the title of the best flight attendant in onboard sales. Now, in order to get a unique training and show a decent result to colleagues, teams of the leading airlines of the continent meet on the SKYSERVICE forum, gaining knowledge and skills that improve the provision of onboard shopping services.
