On April 4, 2019, at 20:03 MSK, Soyuz-ST-B carrier rocket with Fregat upper stage was successfully launched from the Kuru Cosmodrome, putting into orbit four European telecommunications satellites of the O3b group.

The launch was performed under Glavcosmos contract with the Arianespace company, and in close cooperation with the Russian enterprises Progress Rocket Space Center, NPO Lavochkin and the Center for Operation of Space Ground-Based Infrastructure.
