According to Sergei Ryzhkov, the head of the National Nuclear Risk Reduction Center, Russian inspectors are going to visit the military facility in Lithuania for evaluation. It is conducted to implement the Vienna Document 2011 on confidence and security-building measures.

The one-day evaluation visit is to be held on April 24.  Such visits are conducted to check information about armed forces and plans for deployment of armaments and equipment systems.

During the assessment visit inspectors will look over the Lithuanian military facility at its normal peacetime location. Information about military personnel, main arms systems and equipment will be given at the briefing.
