Full-scale cabin mockup of Russian–Chinese CR929 aircraft will be presented at the MAKS-2019

Full-scale cabin mockup of the Russian–Chinese CR929 aircraft will be presented at the MAKS-2019 international aviation and space show to be held on August 27–September 1, Deputy Industry and Trade Minister Oleg Bocharov said at a press conference on Wednesday. This reported by PRIME.

“We have agreed with the Chinese side that there will be the Russian and Chinese pavilions and a separate one, I hope, the highest one, will be devoted to demonstration of three parts of the body of CR929. One will be able to enter it, sit, assess the length,” Bocharov said.

CR929 is 22 meters long and 5.9 meters wide. It will carry 280 passengers for up to 12,000 kilometers. The two countries plan to implement the U.S. $13–20 billion project by 2025–2027.
