On April 11, 2019, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia resolved to terminate the antimonopoly proceedings against Moscow Cargo LLC and Aeroflot PJSC on the grounds of the absence of violations of antimonopoly laws in the actions of the companies.

The Federal Antimonopoly Service agreed with the legal stance and the evidence of Moscow Cargo LLC and Aeroflot PJSC, according to which no actions by the carrier or the cargo operator violate Article 11, Part 4, Clause 3 of the Federal Law "On the Protection of Competition"; namely, that there are no signs of the execution of an agreement which lead or may have lead to the creation of obstacles for other companies' access to the market of terminal cargo handling services at Sheremetyevo airport. Thus, the bona fide of Moscow Cargo LLC and Aeroflot PJSC upon cargo handling at Sheremetyevo has been confirmed, and all the disputes are qualified exclusively as civil relations between the parties.

Moscow Cargo has the necessary spaces, equipment and qualified personnel to handle Aeroflot PJSC's cargo. The complex where Moscow Cargo handles the airline's cargo has a planned capacity of 380,000 tons of cargo per year, and it is the largest air cargo terminal in Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe. The level of automation of the operations at the cargo terminal is 60%, which allows for high-quality, prompt and inexpensive processing of the necessary volume of all types of cargo.
