Kazan international airport wins the Best Airport Staff in Russia & CIS award at the 2019 World Airport Awards

Kazan International Airport has been voted as the Best Airport Staff in Russia & CIS by air travellers in the World Airport Awards, held at Passenger Terminal EXPO in London, United Kingdom on 27th March 2019.

Mr Edward Plaisted, CEO of Skytrax said: “we congratulate Kazan International Airport for their success in winning this important customer satisfaction award for 2019, and their noteworthy success in being consecutive year winners of this title. The awards recognises the high quality of product facilities provided to customers, and combined quality of staff service (attitude, friendliness, efficiency) delivered across all front-line positions at Kazan International Airport. It includes staff working for Customer Help / Info counters, Immigration and Security staff, shops, food & beverage outlets - in fact, all customer facing staff. To achieve these high levels of customer satisfaction requires staff to be motivated, enthusiastic and able to work as a team, and
