Today, during the practical stage of a large-scale exercise at the Tsugol training ground in Transbaikal, an air group of troops from the Eastern Military District destroyed important facilities of the mock enemy.

After receiving and processing information, the pilots of the Su-25 assault aircraft delivered an airstrike at specified coordinates with unguided missiles, destroying ground-based air defence systems of the mock enemy.

The crews of Su-34 newest multi-purpose fighter-bombers  together with the pilots of Su-24 bombers practiced bombing of the strategically important objects of the mock enemy.

 The work of the air group was continued by pilots of Su-30cm fighter jets, which, by launching guided aircraft missiles, put the enemy’s ground-based missile systems down.

The tasks are solved in harsh climatic conditions, another feature of the exercise is the experience of modern armed conflicts, including in the Syrian Arab Republic, is actively applied.
