S7 Airlines, a member of the oneworld^® global aviation alliance is beginning direct regular flights from Irkutsk to Talakan (Amur Oblast) starting June 3rd, 2019. Flight tickets are already on sale. The flights will happen on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. They will depart from Irkutsk at 05:40, and arrive in Talakan at 08:35 local time. The return flight will depart at 09:35 and arrive in Irkutsk at 10:35.

One meaningful way of improving transport accessibility in the Siberian region and the Far East is the developing flight connections with important mining companies. Last year S7 Airlines started flights to Talakan which developed some of the first oil and gas fields, from Novosibirsk, and now we are happy to offer flights from Irkutsk. I am confident that passengers will appreciate the comfort of direct flights for business and personal travel," noted Igor Veretennikov, commercial director of the S7 Group.

S7 Airlines flights from Irkutsk to Talakan will be carried out within the program for the development of inter-regional air transport. Flights will operate on modern Embraer 170 aircraft, made to transport 78 passengers in the comfortable economy class cabin.

Members of the S7 Priority loyalty program will be able to receive a minimum of 500 miles for the flight from Irkutsk to Talakan. The collected miles within the S7 Priority program can be used for promotional trips and additional services.
