S7 Airlines wins the Skyway Service Award 2019

S7 Airlines, a member of the oneworld^® global aviation alliance^®, has received the Skyway Service Award in two of the areas for which it was nominated. The S7 Priority loyalty program and the economy class service were recognized by passengers as the best.

Each year, The Skyway Service Award industry recognition is awarded to Russian and foreign airlines for the best service and customer programs. Award winners are selected by the airlines’ passengers.

S7 Priority has been named the best loyalty program among Russian airlines. “We are grateful for the appreciation. In 2018, the program turned 10 years old, and today the number of S7 Priority members has exceeded 2.8 million. We are constantly developing our loyalty program, expanding the circle of partners and offering new opportunities for increasingly comfortable travel by frequent flyers, ” said Natalya Nikolaeva, director of development for the S7 Priority loyalty program.

S7 Airlines has been recognized as the best airline in the “Economy Class, Regular Domestic Transportation” category. In 2018, we completed the development of the Embraer E170 aircraft fleet, which is the foundation of the S7 Airlines inter-regional route network. Currently there are 17 aircraft of this type in the fleet. In addition, several new-generation aircraft have been acquired: four Airbus A320 neo, the first Airbus A321neo in service with a Russian airline, and two Boeing 737 MAX. These additions have made it possible to continue expanding the network of destinations for flights from hub airports, including new regional flights from Moscow, Novosibirsk and St. Petersburg.

The Skyway Service Award was established by the AVIA.RU portal with the support of the Federal Air Transport Agency.
