Aeroflot wins five key Skyway Service awards

Aeroflot has taken five prizes at the prestigious Skyway Service Award. The ceremony was held on 6 February as part of the National Aviation Infrastructure Show at the Crocus Expo exhibition centre in Moscow.

The Skyway Service Award is an industry award for the best service and client programmes among Russian and international airlines and airports. The awards are run by industry portal Avia.ru and the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia).

Aeroflot once again confirmed its position as Russia’s leading airline for passenger service in key categories:

- Best Business Class airline, scheduled international and domestic flights;

- Best Economy Class airline, scheduled international flights;

- Best online services for customers;

- Best service for passengers with children and passengers with special needs;

- Best Duty Free on board.

The National Aviation Infrastructure Show is a key industry event at which regulators and the airline business share experience and information and discuss ways to stimulate innovation-driven growth and application of the latest technologies.
