The Aeroflot company has delayed five flights due to the closing of Pakistan’s air space, the company’s website informs. This concerns flights from Moscow to Shanghai, Beijing and Bangkok, as well as flights to Moscow from Deli and Phuket.

"Attention to passengers travelling to or from [Moscow] Sheremetyevo Airport on February 27 and 28, 2019. Due to the closing of the airspace over Pakistan, Aeroflot is forced to make changes to its schedule for February 27 and 28," the message informs.

Earlier on Wednesday, Pakistan closed its air space due to the country’s tense relations with India.
