On the 6th of February Rosaviatsia (FAVT) issued an airworthiness directive № 2019-322-01 and in its preamble it says that the titanium elements meet all the applicable norms and standards.

Therefore the “Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company”, the manufacturer of the aircraft SSJ100, decided that it would be enough to recommend the operators of the type to carry out casual inspection during the course of the scheduled maintenance procedure.

The check-ups performed confirm the absence of the any commentary as far as the condition of the examined elements is concerned, and that proves their compliance with the operational conditions and allows the airlines to continue the routine operation of the SSJ100.
