The S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems of a missile brigade stationed in the Republic of Khakasia, Central Military District, trained to repel an air attack at a command post.
During the tactical exercise on air defence, crews on duty detected the high-speed targets. The servicemen captured and tracked down the high-speed targets. Afterwards the S-300 air defence missile system successfully engaged the mock enemy air group by electronic launches.
More than 300 servicemen and about 100 pieces of weapons and special equipment were involved in the training.
