Rossiya Airlines is the winner of the international Skyway Service Award, which is annually presented at NAIS, in several nominations: «Best airline in tourist destinations», «Best Economy Class, domestic regular transportation» and «Best carrier of sports teams – Wings of Sport»

Skyway Service Award is the international industry award, which is based on travelers’ votes and awarded for the best service and customer programmes. The award ceremony was held as a part of the National Aviation Infrastructure Show NAIS 2019. The exhibition, which has been held for the 6th year in a row, is a reputable professional platform for demonstration of new projects, solutions and technologies. NAIS is conducted with participation of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Federal Air Transport Agency and the Federal Agency for Tourism.

Within the past year the airline has transported more than 11 million passengers and also is included into the top-three of the most punctual air carriers. Significant events in the company's development are the transfer of a part of flights to Sheremetyevo and the launch of new destinations from the country's largest airport. This made it possible to increase the integration into the route network of Aeroflot Group and the efficiency of using the wide-body fleet on socially important Far Eastern destinations and on demanded foreign tourist routes».

Due to the constant development of the route network, passengers of Rossiya Airlines have the opportunity to sel ect the place for vacation among a wide range of countries and cities. Geography of flights constantly expands and includes already more than 130 destinations. Only starting from the switch for the winter schedule in 2018, Rossiya has already started to operate direct flight to Colombo, Bangkok and Bali.

Together with the flight geography expenditure, during the last year, the airline has been significantly increasing the quality of onboard services. A project of the access to the entertainment streaming system for distributing content to mobile devices of passengers is launched on aircrafts departing fr om Sheremetyevo. In 2018, the airline has renewed the onboard catering for Business and Economy Classes, introduced travel kits for Business Class, and also developed innovative travel kits for children. 

The airline also received an exceptional award in a special category – «Best Carrier of Sports Teams - Wings of Sport» 

Rossiya actively takes part in transportation of sports teams to competitions of both local and world importance. The airline is the official carrier of FC Zenit. In May 2018, Rossiya Airlines introduced Airbus A319 Sportolet in a unique livery dedicated to Russian sports. The project is established with the aim of strengthening the cohesion of fans, sports spirit and values of an active lifestyle.
