Aeroflot asks passengers to take alternate routes to the airport of Barcelona

Due to protest rallies in Barcelona (Spain) roadblockings are likely, including those leading to El Prat airport. Russian national carrier Aeroflot advise passengers to carefully choose ways to get to the airport as well as arriving early for check in, at least 3 hours before departure to allow sufficient time for preflight procedures.

Passengers booked on all flights under SU code (direct and transfer) from/to Barcelona on 15 and 16 October 2019 are eligible (fee-free) to: rebook for a flight on the same route within 7 days from the initial departure date with a simultaneous change of return date to keep the original period of stay (plus/minus 3 days); receive a refund at the point of sale of ticket.

Passengers arriving at the airport will be provided accordingly in line with Federal Aviation regulations and Aeroflot standards.
