The Federal Antimonopoly Service’s (FAS) Magadan Directorate has opened a case against Russia’s Aeroflot Group over increase in logistics freight rates, the watchdog’s statement reads.

The case has resulted from consideration of an application lodged by the Magadan Region governor claiming the raise in cargo handling tariffs up to 345 rubles ($5) per kilo on Moscow - Magadan route in April 2018.

The FAS directorate will hear the case on February 7.

Aeroflot Group includes such air carriers as Aeroflot, Rossiya, Pobeda and Aurora.
