A meeting of the Board of Directors of public company RSC Energia held in the form of voting by correspondence (final date of voting – January 24, 2019) made a decision to suspend the powers of the General Director of public company RSC Energia Romanov, Sergey Yurievich, as of January 24, 2019.

Board of Directors made a decision to appoint Sevastianov, Nikolai Nikolaevich, as acting General Director of public company RSC Energia from January 25, 2019 until a new chief executive officer (General Director) of public company RSC Energia is established by an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of public company RSC Energia. Simultaneously, a decision was made to call an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the form of voting by correspondence (final date of voting – March 5, 2019).

The meeting also made a decision to re-elect the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of public company RSC Energia. Elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors was S.V. Saveliev, and as the deputy Chairman was S.K. Krikalev.

S.Yu. Romanov will continue to work at Energia as the first deputy general director.
