The Russian Defense Ministry is pursuing all lines of inquiry into the crash of the Tupolev-22M3 bomber in the Murmansk Region, including the plane’s technical failure.

"Currently all possible versions of the incident are being considered, including the plane’ technical breakdown," the Defense Ministry said.
