Aurora Airlines launches its new in-flight meal menu

From January 16, 2019, Aurora Airlines, being a subsidiary of Aeroflot, in close partnership with JSC "Aeromar-DV"* completely updated its in-flight meal menu both for Business and Economy class passengers.

Passengers of Aurora are provided with various meals and drinks depending on service class, time of departure and flight duration. Both European classic and Far Eastern meals with a delicate Asian flavor and a varied assortment of desserts and sandwiches are offered on the board of aircraft.

Presentation of new meals took place in the Airline before adoption of the final menu. Chef Alexander Ivanov - winner of international, national and regional culinary festivals, author class developer, a cook with almost 30-year experience and specialists of Aeromar-DV presented each meal, its ingredients and cooking method. Representatives of Aurora Airlines, including crew members, tasted, estimated and chose the best of the proposed meals.

Taking into account observance of norms and requirements for in-flight meal, strictly regulated by government, Aurora Airlines pays special attention to healthy and balanced food, quality and variety of meals. Meals and drinks on board the Airline's aircraft meet all quality and safety requirements. Aurora completely updates its in-flight meal menu twice a year.

Aurora Airlines hopes that passengers will appreciate new in-flight meal menu, creators of which wanted to meet changing preferences and different tastes of passengers, ensuring comfortable trip.

*Aeromar-DV provides aircrafts of Aurora Airlines by in-flight meal on the following routes:

- Vladivostok - Seoul (and back), Vladivostok - Beijing (and back), Vladivostok - Hong Kong (and back), Vladivostok - Khabarovsk - Magadan - Khabarovsk, Vladivostok - Khabarovsk - Novosibirsk, Vladivostok - Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (on DHC- 8 aircraft), Vladivostok - Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (and back, on A319 aircraft), Vladivostok - Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Vladivostok - Khabarovsk - Vladivostok (5618/5619 flights).
