In reliance on the previously passed corporate transformation resolutions, the Board of Directors of PJSC United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) has approve d the new corporate structure of the company, UAC informed.

The changes are aimed at centralizing the management of production programs, developing UAC's production system and new industrial model. 

In particular, the operating management block will now be subordinated to the first Vice President and responsible for ensuring effective control of the key operations, including procurement, production, quality and promotion of products. 

The administrative management block will be subordinated to the executive Vice President and responsible for supporting business processes.

Besides, a separate UAC branch responsible for the maintenance of state aircraft will be established.
