As part of the programme improving the quality of service provided to passengers on board, Rossiya prepared a special collection of porcelain dishes for Business class passengers. It includes all the attributes necessary for an exquisite meal with a sky view at an altitude of 10 thousand meters: from pepper- and salt-cellars to saucers and casseroles. The dishes are made exclusively for Rossiya by the domestic producer - Bashkir porcelain factory - one of the largest factories in Russia, specializing in the production of professional restaurant porcelain in accordance with European quality standards.

The renewed line is introduced on all flights of the airline, completely replacing the previous dishes and cutlery. It includes plates, two-size casseroles for hot dishes, snacks and dessert, personal pepper- and salt-cellars, cups with saucers for hot drinks, metal cutlery, as well as glasses and wine glasses for the entire range of beverages onboard.

The new collection of dishes corresponds to world ecological standards. When making porcelain dishes, its composition is selected in a way that products acquire special strength after firing at a temperature of 1400 °C. The unique glaze formula gives the products high wear resistance. Due to the high density of the glaze layer on such porcelain, the food cools down slower. Perfectly smooth coating of the glaze guarantees absolute hygiene of the dishes. Specially thickened edges and strong glaze provide maximum protection against chips and scratches (including cutlery).

Rossiya is constantly developing, opening new destinations, replenishing the aircraft fleet and giving some liners a unique look, introducing new technologies, but the two priority aspects of the airline invariably are safety and comfort of passengers on board.
