At the meeting of the Board of Directors of RSC Energia held in the form of absent voting (voting ends on August 3, 2018), a decided was taken to suspend the General directorship of RSC Energia, Solntsev Vladimir Lvovich from August 4, 2018 due to the termination an employment contract with him by agreement of the parties.

The Board of Directors took a decision to appoint Sergey Yurievich Romanov Acting General Director of RSC Energia from August 4, 2018 until the formation of a new sole executive body (General Director) of RSC Energia by the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of RSC Energia. At the same time, it was decided to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in the form of absent voting (the voting ends on September 12, 2018).
