The technical maintenance base of Rossiya AIrlines was certified by the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation ILAC

A certificate of accreditation of a calibration laboratory for the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation standard was awarded to Rossiya Airlines at the National Accreditation Center.

Rossiya Airlines constantly improves the quality of onboard services, increasing the qualification level of employees, expanding the fleet, pays the highest level of attention to safety, as the most priority area of activities.

Traditionally, many aspects of Rossiya's logistics and maintenance activities remain out of passengers’ sight, but these are key features of any airline’s operations. That is why, the management of Rossiya decided to certify its own calibration laboratory at ILAC. 

A lot of work was done to prepare the laboratory premises, improve the quality management system, and perform professional work: development of calibration procedures, development of algorithms for calculating expanded uncertainty, when performing the processing of measurement results, and also issues of special training were solved. 

During the successful implementation of all necessary procedures, the airline was awarded with the ILAC Certificate. The solemn ceremony was held in the NAC – National Accreditation Center – the national accreditation organization in the field of conformity assessment of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is a full member of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation ILAC since 2010.

ILAC was founded in 1977 for international cooperation among organizations involved in accreditation and to promote the development of trade relations through the parity recognition of laboratory test results.
