Alongside with Progress MS-09 processing operations at the spacecraft integration and testing facility at Baikonur cosmodrome tests of manned transport spacecraft Soyuz МS-10 are being conducted.

Specialists from RSC Energia and Space Center Yuzhnyi successfully completed the spacecraft tests in the anechoic chamber. The Kurs system which ensures Soyuz rendezvous and docking to the International Space Station, and other spacecraft radio systems were subject to 24-hour functionality tests.

In the evening on July 4, 2018 Soyuz МS-10 was transported from the anechoic chamber to the bench for further processing.

The launch of launch vehicle Soyuz-FG carrying spacecraft Soyuz МS-10 and the next Expedition crew to the International Space Station is preliminary scheduled for the autumn of 2018.
