Sheremetyevo International Airport entered ACI Director General’s Roll of Excellence. The ACI Director General’s Roll of Excellence identifies airports that have been ranked as one of the top five airports by size or region in five of the last ten years in the ASQ Survey. ACI Airport Service Quality programme, the only worldwide service quality measurement and benchmarking service that questions passengers while at the airport.
This year’s Roll of Excellence along with Sheremetyevo includes:
— Queen Alia International Airport (Amman, Jordan)
— Haikou Meilan International Airport (Hainan, China)
— Sanya Phoenix International Airport (Sanya, China)
— Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport (Chongqing, China)
— Narita International Airport (Narita, Japan)
— Tampa International Airport (Florida, United States)

Sheremetyevo International Airport was Europe’s best airport for service quality in 2012, 2013 and 2015 in the ACI (Airports Council International) ASQ (Airport Service Quality) rating. In 2016 and 2017 Sheremetyevo was ranked first in Europe for the quality of passenger service in the category of airports with a passenger flow of 25-40 million people per year.
