The crews of Su-24M front-line bombers of the aviation regiment of the Southern Military District, in the Volgograd region, began to prepare for flight tactical exercises as part of the air connection.

The pilots will perform air reconnaissance, eliminate submarines, ships and other sea vessels of the conditional enemy in the Caspian sea, perform tasks to eliminate the land group of the conditional enemy, striking command posts and armored vehicles.

About 20 Su-24M and Su-24MP aircraft will be involved, about 200 people of flight and technical servicemen will be involved in the exercises, which will begin on July 16, from the air regiment.
