Aleksandr Ponomarenko was reelected as the Chairman of JSC SIA Board of Directors
The Board of Directors meeting of Sheremetyevo International Airport JSC (JSC SIA) was held on June 27, 2018.
Aleksandr Ponomarenko was reelected as the Chairman of JSC SIA Board of Directors during the meeting. The composition of the Management Board of JSC SIA of 11 members was approved for a period of one year from July 1, 2018 in accordance with the Charter of JSC SIA.
The JSC SIA Board of Directors approved the financial statements for Q1 2018 prepared in accordance with the Russian Accounting Standards (RAS).

Revenue in the first quarter of 2018 amounted to RUB 6,353 million, which is 4.6% higher than the result of the same period in 2017. This increase was due to the revenue growth from non-aviation activities by 16.7%.
Gross profit in the first quarter of 2018 increased by 5% due to revenue growth, while operating income is growing faster than operating expenses.
The main factor that affected the decrease in net profit was the fall in exchange rates by 94.5% compared to the same period in 2017.
The JSC SIA Board of Directors also approved a report on the actual implementation of the Timeline for the commissioning of infrastructure facilities at Sheremetyevo International Airport.
