Aurora Airlines won the gold medal in the International SkyService 2018 Forum

Aurora Airlines, being a subsidiary of Aeroflot, took part in the III International SkyService 2018 Forum related to inflight services.

At the SkyService 2018 Forum, the flight attendants of nineteen airlines had their certified ISPY training, including the master classes of SKY SHOP participants.

Upon results of the training of ISPY (Inflight Sales Person of the Year), Aurora won a gold medal in the Exterior Nomination. In Aurora, the best flight attendant and inflight sales leader became Mrs. Tarasova Evgenia. She won a prize from AeroMar Company, the organizer of the SkyService 2018 Forum.
